"But at other times, we're using a product that otherwise would just be completely dumped,"she said.
"We try to go every day that we possibly can and get it off [the trees] because obviously that fruit is ripening once you start picking, and you're losing a lot on the ground,"he said.
"It's the first time that I've ever made the decision that the way to lose the least amount of money was to actually either leave fruit on the tree or for certain varieties to actually [let it] drop on the ground,"he said.
