"It shouldn't just be up to the individual to have that resilience and be able to take charge of their own recovery,"chief executive Joanna Quilty said.

"The sharing of that contact data is very helpful to recovery agencies so we can get to access people faster,"Red Cross NSW Director Poppy Brown said.
"It's pretty hard to relive it every day, I'm trying to forget it."
