  1. Pre-heat oven 200 degrees celsius.
  2. Add he biscuits to a food processor and blend until all rushed. 
  3. Transfer biscuit crumb to a bowl and add the melted butter, using a spoon mix well until combined.
  4. Press the biscuit into a 22cm round springform pan.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 min or until golden. Remove from the oven and allow the base to cool in tin.
  6. For the whipped cream – In a bowl add the cream, vanilla and icing sugar, using an electric beater whip until stiff peaks form.
  7. To assemble - Add the caramel over the cooled biscuit base and spread evenly. Add a generous layer of sliced bananas over the caramel and top with the whipped cream.
  8. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
  9. Allow to set in the fridge for approx 1-2 hours.
