"I was 17, that's when you start thinking, 'I should probably not be sitting at home and hanging out with mates, I should be doing something',"he said.
"That was something they didn't have to do."
"It was really about mission, and it's continued to be about mission, about responding where there's gaps in provision of education service for young people,"she said.
"It's very hard to get through high school when you don't really have a friend group, so it becomes a negative experience,"he said.
"The teachers have great personalities, they're good people, you have to be good people to be in a job like this."
"Even when I finished the bachelor, I'm just not surrounded by it still, a lot of my family and friends are not in that world."
