"Everyone has curiosity about a new house being built. It's just a normal Australian thing, isn't it?"Mr Gardner said.
"I stuffed up my last garage and made it too small, so the inspiration was really to have a larger garage and a larger man cave,"Mr Gardner said.
"There's only a finite amount of these properties available and they're usually held onto for a very long time,"Ms Wilson said.
