"I even had a letter of support from Australian Rugby Union, from our team manager, basically to get us across the line and being able to get a rental, because it was quite clear that we didn't have an income to support payments,"Sefo said.
"First and foremost, you see girls now are more able to prioritise their rugby,"Leonard said.
"Obviously, with any investment, change isn't going to happen overnight, but slowly, those changes are happening,"Yapp said.
"That's the goal, isn't it, to get to the point where we're full-time athletes and we're doing this day in and day out, and this is our sole job and sole purpose,"Leonard said.
