"The driver couldn't even see over the steering wheel,"Ms Freeman said.
"Our boundary fence was broken down, which has definitely shaken up the tenants and left them feeling very vulnerable and unsafe."
"In 30 years, I've never seen it this bad,"she said.
"The kids feel safer out on the street; it's alive, it's bright, and they're with the ones that care about them, that'll stick up for them."
"The household is lost … [kids] grow up with parents doing drugs and alcohol and family violence, and they think that it's normal,"she said.
"These kids need to be loved and looked after."
