"I believe that women should choose what they can do with their body … so I'm not so supportive of Trump,"Abbey said.
"They are quite strikingly emulating Donald Trump-style political communication tactics by going on podcasts and invoking similar rhetoric,"Dr Ciriello said.
"With the rise of Trump, women I think are more scared to vote right-[wing] because they are afraid of Trump,"Abbey said.
"We're not as polarised a society in Australia, we've got compulsory voting, and we don't have any hardline populist leader to actually rally that anti-feminist, anti-progressive or anti-system sentiments yet,"she said.
"I'm thinking about my future in terms of buying a house, in terms of what career I'm in, and I don't know if that's reflected by any of the [political parties],"Jake said.
"It's really hard to make … an educated guess about this generation,"she said.
