"They were more of a family than I ever imagined I'd have."
"I'm still pinching myself; I am really going after the dreams that I never thought would be an opportunity for me,"Ms Jayne said.
"They get sent out here, most of them don't have a choice, they're getting pulled away from their families and we're a long way from Sydney,"he said.
"There are big health discrepancies in remote towns compared to cities. If I can learn this and see what things we're missing and bring that back to Broken Hill, that's really the end goal."
