"We noticed all the traffic pulling up for the rollover … then he hopped out of the car with a gun and took a shot at someone trying to help him,"Mr Moore said.
"He came running towards us with his gun pointed at us, telling us to get out of the car,"he said.
"One guy got a shot taken at him, and an old lady — she would've been in her 80s — had the gun pointed at her at very close distance,"he said.
"I've given up trying to work out why people do stuff, particularly this,"he said.
