"We're seeing middle-aged women becoming homeless, often with children. We have clients living out of their cars, next to toilet blocks, so they've got somewhere to go to the toilet and have a shower,"Mr Schonell said.
"It's really important we can participate in the community, just like everybody else. That really doesn't feel like a lot to ask."
