- Running planning workshop to help teams define their deliverables, priorities, and dependencies across other teams.
- Creating milestone mapping for longer initiatives to provide clear insights into progress and cross team dependencies. This enables the teams track delivery, identify risks early, and make informed decisions to stay aligned with goals
- Supporting another team by designing a workshop focused on achieving specific outcomes.
- Reflecting on observations and data metrics to identify patterns or trends and sharing them with team leads to understand what experiment we to try next (if any).
